We would like to share certain expectations in order to ensure a great relationship between our patients and our staff. We recognize that each patient is a unique individual with varying needs. Our entire staff will do their best to accommodate the needs of each patient. Therefore, we would like to share the following policies regarding our patients:
The use of tobacco products, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and smokeless tobacco, is prohibited inside the organization’s facilities. Appropriate signage will be placed at entrances to the buildings advising patients and visitors that Nashville Digestive Disease Center maintains a tobacco-free environment. This policy relates to all work areas at all times, including before and after normal working hours.
The safety and security of all patients and employees are of primary importance at Nashville Digestive Disease Center. Threats, threatening and abusive behavior, or acts of violence against other patients, employees, visitors, customers, or other individuals by anyone on company property will not be tolerated. Violations of this policy will lead to reporting to appropriate law enforcement agencies for arrest and prosecution.
Despite some laws that allow people to carry firearms in public, American Endoscopy Center, P.C. prohibits anyone from possessing or carrying weapons of any kind on company property, in company vehicles, or while on company time. This includes any form of weapon or explosive, all firearms, and all illegal knives or knives with blades that are more than six inches in length.
If you have any questions about digestive health or something specific you would like to ask Dr. Zua, please fill out the form, and we will get in touch with you promptly!
